I’m Matthew Brantner, CFRE

I founded Impact 9090 Consulting to work alongside nonprofit leaders who are doing important work and who need experienced guidance to grow their funding, strengthen their organization, and lead with more confidence.

I partner with you as a trusted advisor, bringing practical insight, strategic thinking, and 20+ years of hands-on experience directly to your team.

I've worked on every side of the mission: building and leading teams as Executive Director, raising millions in philanthropic support, managing boards, and founding a nonprofit organization that grew to nearly 150 staff and a $3 million operating budget. I understand the pressure you're under, and I know how to help.

I only take on a small number of engagements at a time, so I can be fully present for you and your mission.

Interim Executive Director

If your organization is navigating a leadership transition and needs an experienced Executive Director to keep things moving in the meantime, I step in as an embedded partner. I learn your organization quickly, stabilize your team, maintain momentum with your funders and board, and stay fully engaged until the right permanent leader is in place.
